Description :

Notifies staff when a conversation contains certain keywords.

The add-on can send an email to a staff member and or create a new thread alerting staff members of keywords in a conversation message.

Features :

• New conversations are checked for keywords every 10 minutes.
• Separate email and or thread is created for each conversation message which contains keywords.
• Staff conversation messages are ignored.
• All phrases start with keywordcheckconversations_ for your convenience.

A: Yes.

Q: What does "Keywords special" mean?
A: These are keywords which stand alone and are not part of another word.

Keyword check conversations v1.1 changes : Updated PHP code so that 'setIsAutomated' code is correctly placed.
