Description:
Allows thread starter to lock thread in selected forums.
This add-on is ideal for classified forums. It allows the thread starter to lock and unlock classified threads they create. A locked thread will automatically have a notice requesting a conversation should be made if interested in the item.

Lock thread v1.1 changes : Fixed issue with deleted member threads being able to be locked and unlocked by Unregistered / Unconfirmed user group.
Lock thread v1.2 changes : Updated template modification to allow default phrase to show on forums not selected.
