Logo email v1.1 changes : Fixed incorrect variable in template modification.

Logo email v1.2 changes : Added "Image width" and "Image height" to options page which allows support for high resolution image. Added "Remove board title" to options page.

Logo email v1.3 changes : Added Align field to options page.
