Installation:
In your AdminCP : In Appearance / Import a language:
Click on import
Select your XLM file in browse .
Select: Overwrite language and select the language French

Language pack: English, French, Deutsh, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) 繁體中文 [台灣],
