Thread Thumbnail adds a thumbnail in the selected forum to a thread using the first of the attachments attached to the thread and the first external URL image.

Version 2.3.2 Fixed : thumbnail image issues in whats-new page

Version 2.3.4 :
FIXED : Height and width complexity and some missing perameter
ADDED : Custom field ID option in the node setting .
You can use that as the thumbnail URL as @colcar suggest and @thienlong095
