UBS is a User Blogs System add-on designed for forum owners to provide an interface for their members to add their own Blogs and publish Blog Entries within those blogs.

UBS also allows individual blogs to be configured as "community blogs", which allows those with permission, to also post Blog Entries within those Community Blogs.
