XF 2.1 / 2.2 [XFA] Who Read This Thread - XF2 1.5.7

Bugs fixed:

"See more" link is not displayed correctly under XF2.1
Time is not displayed correctly on the list

Added features:

Add a "Who viewed this thread" block
Add an option to display the user in alphabetical order.
