XF 2.1 / 2.2 / 2.3 [OzzModz] Email Staff When New Post/Thread In Mod Queue 2.0.2

This is a simple addon that will send the selected staff groups a alert and email when there is new thread/post in the mod queue. You set this via the permissions system, there is a new permission under the "Forum moderator permissions" group called "Receive alert/email on moderated thread/post"

Version 2.0.1 :
Fixed : In case of post email notification seems to be having issues, as URL it provides is domain.com and xenforo is unable to find post that requires moderation, @lag reported.
