Thread Thumbnail adds a thumbnail in the selected forum to a thread using the first of the attachments attached to the thread and the first external URL image.

Version 2.3.1:

Fix: Thread width error fix when creating category
ADD: Thread thumbnail in New Thread widget
ADD: Thread thumbnail in the Search result

Fix : It was not displaying the attached image if there are other images in the topic.
