XF 2.1 / 2.2 / 2.3 Resource Manager Template Change

Modifying the resource manager template
Modifies the content of the source view template. Provides a nice view.

Make a backup of the templates before changing !!!!!!

1 - Find the xfrm_resource_view template and completely delete the content and replace with this code:
