XF 2.3 Style Variation Default 1.1.0 Patch 1

Adds an option to set the style variation default for guests

Version 1.0.0 Patch 1 :
- Due to a bad build (I probably should not release late at night, lol), version 1.0.0 contained a bad event listener definition in the XML and therefore could not be installed.
- 1.0.0 Patch 1 contains the correct XML

Version 1.0.0 Patch 2 :
- Hot on the heels of 1.0.0 Patch 1 comes ... 1.0.0 Patch 2.
A recently discovered 1 character typo caused a fatal error if guest page caching was enabled; this is now fixed so guest page caching should work just fine and respect the default.
